I followed the recipe for the most part. But I roasted my chicken with a little garlic salt and pepper before chopping it up. I also used romaine lettuce because? ice berg makes me want to gag.
Next time I'll leave out the cilantro. But it was still really good. The dressing is where all of your points live, but the good news is that you don't have to use a whole lot of it. When I plugged this recipe into the builder it came out at 14 points a bowl. A very large bowl. So I could be off. It also made way more servings for us than the original recipe said. So I bet it's technically closer to 10 points. Unless you go heavy on the tortilla chips and avocado like I did.
