No Bake Nutella Cookies

You saw that right. No bake. Nutella. Cookies. Sometimes referred to as "boiled cookies". 

Melt in your mouth deliciousness.

We always make these around Christmas, always with peanut butter, never with Nutella. These didn't disappoint. 

No Bake Nutella Cookies

What you need-

2 c sugar

1/4 c cocoa

1/2 c milk

1/2 c butter

1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c peanut butter

1/4 c Nutella

3 c quick oats

What you do-

Over medium heat bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients. I pre measured everything because I knew it would set up fast. You should too or it may be hard to get everything combined well. Drop them (as big as you want) on parchment paper and store them in the refrigerator. Don't worry, even chilled, they will still melt in your mouth.
