Tender Chicken

This is the most tender, juicy baked chicken that I've made. The ingredients sound kind of weird together, but trust me. It's good. And when I tried to brag to my grandma how moist and delicious this chicken was, she said, "I made that years ago!" Well whatever grandma, I'm making it now. And again. Because it's good.

What you need-
6 or 7 chicken breast tenderloins. You may notice I never use whole breasts, they take too long to cook!
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated! parmesan cheese
1 tsp Tony Chachere's
Black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

What you do-
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken into a greased baking dish. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients well. Spread the mixture on top of the chicken and bake 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

It's that easy.

As you can see I served mine with boxed mac and cheese (C's request) and roasted veggies.

So good.

Now I'm hungry!
