Apple Pie

I made an apple pie the other day for my friend Kim. I mostly bake things in order to find recipes to build up my collection. This apple pie recipe is a keeper. I was going on no sleep so I didn't feel like blogging about it. But it was so pretty when it was finished I had to take a picture...

I plan on making this again soon because it was good. You may be wondering how we knew it was so tasty, considering I gave it away...
