This afternoon after picking my cousin up from camp, I took her to eat. There were creepy people there. Er, I mean a creepy waiter. He kept trying to talk to me when my cousin would leave the table. Maybe he was bored? No idea but we hurried and got the heck outta there.
Thank you, Souper Salad.
Then we planned to go see a movie. I know what you're thinking, I don't like going to the movies. It's too expensive. That's still true. I like going to movies, it's just way too expensive. I'd rather watch a movie in my PJ's. But, I didn't hear Chris complaining that he didn't get to sit through the chick flick we ended up seeing. It all worked out.
She wanted to see a certain movie, but it was rated R, and I tried to get us in but I was denied....by the 80 year old lady selling tickets. It was pretty hilarious. Here is the sad/mad face I got for not succeeding in lying sweet talking to the lady-
Sorry Meg, I tried!
Alas, we ended up seeing Killers. I couldn't stop staring at Katherine Heigl's teeth. Aside from that it was cute, definitely not thought provoking or anything. And, it was PG-13 so there were no problems getting in. Did I mention that since our plans failed to get into the other movie, we ended up having to wait over an hour for this movie to start?
So what did we do for that hour? We took pictures of course.
She does smile!
Now I'm home, it's nearly 11, and I'm waiting for Chris to get home from work. He's working OT this week and I've seen him all of about 2 hours (besides sleeping) since he left for work yesterday morning.
