I can't take it.
I'm thinking we need to move up north.
Anyway, it's too hot for hot food....fruit is all I want.
I needed a dessert to take to dinner the other night and helloooo! perfect opportunity to buy FRUIT!
Fruit Kabobs
What you need-
Any kind of fruit that'll stay on a stick.
Skewers
Examples-
Grapes-seedless
Pineapple chunks
Strawberries
Blueberries
Mandarin oranges
Melons-watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew
The list goes on...you could use bananas or apples as well, but they turn brown unless you dip them in lemon juice, and that's just more work right?
I used grapes, strawberries, and pineapple chunks. Yes, I paid extra to get the pineapple already "chunked up". Don't judge me, I saved a few fingers that way.
Make sure to wash all of the fruit. Dry it well. Then all ya do is stick it on a skewer.
We counted about two skewers per person. It was the perfect amount.
I guess that depends on how full you make your skewer though. Chris was generous with the fruit on his, I wasn't. It all worked out.
You could always make some sort of dipping sauce to go along with your fruit kabobs. But why add the sugar? I just wanted fruit.
But, you already knew that.

Yummy but you need that fruit dip from Jason's Deli. That is pure heaven.
