A Quick Fix

Chris gets home late on weeknights, like 11 p.m. (soon it'll be closer to 12:30). It isn't a big deal except for the fact that he comes home starving. Normally on nights that the rest of the family cooks, we just make him a plate of leftovers. He loves leftovers. Yuck.

I'm always looking for quick meals to fix him on those nights when there are no leftovers. And then we came across these-
We love Chinese! These frozen entrees are super easy to make and they taste good too. (The Shanghai Style Beef was actually our least favorite.) General Chang's Chicken was my favorite.

All you do is throw it in a skillet and let it go for about 12 minutes.
Those weird looking square things are the flavor!
Boil some rice and you have a complete meal. The package says it serves two but we could make 3 or maybe 4 meals out of it.
You like that paper plate, huh?

The entrees cost around $7.50 but that's cheaper than stopping at a drive thru.

Are there any frozen entrees that you like?
