If you ever watch Toddlers & Tiaras, be sure to watch tonight because Kayleigh and her momma Jessica are on! I went to school with Jessica at Tarleton and we were good friends. She lived just a few rooms down the hall from me.
Our first vacation (we have two planned) of the month is this weekend. We are heading down to San Antonio to go to Fiesta Texas on Saturday. I've only ever gone to Six Flags in Arlington. Chris and I love theme parks, so it'll be fun. Then on Sunday, we are floating the river. We haven't been able to take a real vacation in over a year so to say we are excited is an understatement.
We found out yesterday that it looks like getting my BIG camera is going to be put on hold for a little longer. Something came up and Chris' car (which we thought was gone forever) was able to be fixed, and so now we are paying to get it back. What we had saved up is now going for his car. Clearly a car for him is more important than a camera.
Only 9 more days until my brother comes to visit us. I know he's excited, and so are we. We have some fun stuff planned. Including watching Big Brother together. He likes that show as much as Chris and I do. No seriously, we plan on going to a Round Rock Express game, and he gets to come with us on our second vacation at the end of this month.
I miss my own kitchen. I don't want to share anymore. I want to get in there and make things. All of the things we had bought to cook/bake with are packed away and in storage, and my aunts kitchen doesn't have all the things I need to make what I want.
Like I said, I'm irritated and impatient.
