Sour Cream Chicken

You're probably thinking, "Great! another chicken recipe." And it's true, we've been eating a lot of chicken (baked) around here. Probably even more  since I've seen all that nastiness about "pink slime".

Ew.

This chicken recipe is good. It's creamy, crunchy, and flavorful. And can you just forgive my crappy picture? Thanks.
What you need-
2 pounds chicken tenders
1 1/2 cups of Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing (the crumbles so it cooks evenly)
1 cup sour cream
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
A few dashes of Tony Chacheres
1/2 cup butter, cubed

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil (easy clean up say what?!) and throw the chicken on it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Tony's. Spread a thick coat of sour cream on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the stuffing on top if that. Finally, add the cubed butter on top of the stuffing. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Yum.
