I remember complaining about living in an apartment not too long ago, but I just want to state for the record that nothing compares to your own space/privacy as a couple. It doesn't matter if you live in an apartment or a mansion, I think everyone needs their own "space". I/we are very thankful that we have had family to count on when times got tough...but I'm not gonna lie, I can NOT wait to have our own space again.
I can't wait to sit on our own couch again, which has been in storage for the last six months.
I can't wait to get in my own kitchen! and bake again.
I can't wait to just have our own space.
Seriously.
So, I've scheduled this post to publish on Sunday, when we are smack dab in the middle of a move with no internet access. In fact, I'm not sure when we will have internet access so I might take a little blog vacation. Not by choice or anything, but ya know.
I'm not gonna lie, it's going to be hard. Just like it was hard when we moved out of our apartment in the spring. Money was tight, especially with me not having a job/only having one car. But I don't even care. I will sit in an empty apartment and worry about bills if that's what it takes to get our own space back.
I'm not gonna lie, the apartment that we are moving into is not as new, or nice as the one we previously moved out of but guess what? I don't care! I grew up in some crappier places than this apartment and it's clean and there are no bugs! and that's what matters to us. Oh, and we'll have an extra bedroom for guests.
