Want the recipe for the easiest breakfast dish ever?
Here you go.
What you need-
1 can crescent rolls
1 lb ground sausage
6 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 8 oz pkg. cheese
What you do-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat. Spray a 13X9 dish with nonstick spray. Lay the crescent rolls down (don't separate them! just unroll) in the bottom of the dish, pressing to make sure it makes a good crust. Beat the eggs and water with a fork. Spread the sausage on top of the crescent rolls. Next, pour the eggs evenly over the sausage. Finally, sprinkle all of the cheese over top of the eggs. Throw it in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Cut into squares and serve.
You could add in peppers or potatoes if you want to make it more interesting, but I just serve it with salsa and it's good.
