Dude. It's hard trying to cook healthy. Especially when I'm used to making lots of pasta and potatoes. We're trying to cut back on our carbs around here so I've been hunting for new healthier recipes.
Not every new recipe I try makes it to the blog.I we do end up liking 85% of what I do make, but sometimes it's just a big fat fail.

Like last Monday, I made southwestern stuffed peppers.
They look good, right? They weren't. As soon as I added in the spice mixture I started gagging. Before they were even done I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat them.
I can't imagine myself pregnant. I mean, I have all of these food aversions on a normal day.
Oh dear.
Chris liked them. Of course, he'll eat whatever lands on his plate as long as it doesn't eat him first.
