Yet another recipe I found on Pinterest. That website is going to make me gain 40 pounds, not lose 40.
I digress.
You're supposed to make these in a muffin top pan, but I don't have one so I made them in a regular muffin tin.
I do wish I could have put the glaze all over the muffin, not just on the top. Hmm.
