Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

Throw it all in the crockpot when you leave for work and it'll be ready when you get home. You don't even have to thaw the chicken out.

What you need-
5-7 chicken breasts (I used tenderloins)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is the only one Chris and I agree on, use whatever you like)
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Throw the chicken into the crockpot, frozen. In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the sauce together. Now pour it over the chicken. Turn the crockpot on low and stick the lid on it. Let it go for 6 or so hours. You don't have to touch it.

If you're cooking this for kids, or you don't like spicy, omit the red pepper flakes. I like it just like this though, with a little kick.

*Can we not talk about how crappy the lighting is in my kitchen? Okay.
