Chicken, Bacon, and Avocado Quesadillas

These are good for a light dinner.

What you need-
4 wheat tortillas
4 chicken tenderloins (cubed)
4 or 5 strips bacon (fry it up and crumble it)
1 small avocado (diced)
Shredded cheese

What you do-
If you haven't already fried up the bacon, start there.  Crumble bacon and set aside. Get rid of the bacon drippings then dice up the chicken and brown it/cook thoroughly in the same pan. Set both the chicken and bacon aside. Cut up your avocado right before you are ready to assemble the quesadillas. To assemble the quesadillas, lay a tortilla in the same skillet over medium low heat, add the chicken, sprinkle some bacon on top of that, toss on some avocado, and then cover everything with cheese.
You want the heat to be on medium low. Give it a minute and then flip it over so it looks more like a quesadilla.
You just want it lightly browned. So, at this point if you want, you can flip it over or leave it like this if it's brown enough for you. The goal is melted cheese! Take out of the skillet and cut in half.
Um, yum?
